National ID operation system

This is a service that enables the National ID aspirant( Citizen or resident alien) to fill out the National ID operation form electronically from anywhere. After filling the form, the aspirant will be needed to publish it and submit it together with other documents to the NIDA Office( quarter) near him to complete the enrollment of biometric marks

Mandatory CITIZENS' DETAILS needed WHEN APPLYING FOR A NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD

1. Applicant's birth instrument

2. Copy of birth instrument/ pledge of one parent.

3. If the aspirant's citizenship is the heirs at law corroborate with a dupe of the birth instrument or a dupe of the National ID of one parent.

4. Still, corroborate with a dupe of the aspirant's registered citizenship ( Dossier Number), If the aspirant's citizenship is registered.

Important Effects to consider when filling the form

1. The aspirant must have an dispatch address that he'll use to register and admit a link that will enable him to complete his enrollment .

2. The aspirant must have at least two documents that will be used to prove his identity. exemplifications of those documents are; Birth instrument etc

3. The aspirant must overlook his documents and put them in PDF format( no further than one runner per attachment) or images in JPG or PNG format.

4. It's important for the Applicant to fill in his mobile phone number.

5. The aspirant must attach a birth instrument if he was born in 1980 and onwards. In addition, if the Applicant was born before 1980, he must attach a birth instrument or" Affidavit"

6. For aspirants with other names; it's good to write those names so that in case there's a need to modify their names it's easy to fete

7. The aspirant must know the names of his father and mama .

8. An aspirant who has National Identification figures( NIN) of his/ her parents; he's needed to keep the original documents( for parents who have formerly attained public identification cards).

9. The aspirant must know the house number, road and ward where he lives.

10. For Tanzanians who are abroad, they need to gain evidence of occupancy in the applicable country from the Tanzanian Embassy Officer to fill in the hearthstone, road/ County rightly.

11. still, Taxpayer Number( drum) and Voter's Card; it's better to attach, If the Applicant has attained School instruments.

12. The aspirant must fill in the Form rightly and insure that his/ her attachments and the information he she fills in the system don't discord with other information, similar as School or Business information.

13. The aspirant must fill in his information rightly, and publish the information in a form and go to the Original Government Office where he lives to get the Seal and hand of his Original Chairman.

14. The aspirant must arrive at the NIDA Office located in his District of hearthstone with a completed form( Form stamped and inked by the Original Government Chairman), along with hard clones of the attachments he uploaded in the system during enrollment to complete the procedures of enrollment .

15. For the Applicant who needs to get fresh information; don't vacillate to come to the nearest NIDA office.
